"Three stars because they were responsive and fast, but they seem to lack transparency. I asked Jennifer what factors are affecting my specific quoted premium, and she didn't know. She asked Kylie, who also didn't know. This is a question I have asked every insurance company I've gotten a quote from, and they've all been able to tell me specifically what factors are affecting my personalized rate. Seems like they just plug numbers into a computer and get told what to charge people without really knowing why? I would be more apt to go with State Farm in the future if this changes. I have gone with another company for now."
