"Wow just wow! I'm having a really rough time trying to put into words that are just written in a review that cannot adequately describe my pleasure with this State Farm office. I had been a long time customer of State Farm's in the past when my fiancé who is several years younger than myself got together because of her age it was no longer feasible monetarily. Flash forward 10 years fiancé and I are still together and just bought a home in Milford. I was outraged at what my old auto insurer was going to jack our premiums up to simply because we dropped a 200.00 renters policy they increased the cost of our premium by almost 1000.00 per year. Just for giggles I reached out State Farm for a quote! I got a response from Jayme Lujan! I could draw this review out forever but in summary State Farm now insures our vehicles our new home and a couple other policies. Jayme was a God send at the most perfect time possible! I work for the State Government here in Maine and the position I hold not many people like to be held accountable for their own actions. That being said just emailing Jayme I got the vibe that she too though very customer service oriented also prefers cutting to the chase. I had questions she had answers she did not oversell products I did not need and she was well aware of how much of a penny incher I am she would actually say "I do not think it's needed" rather than just selling a service I don't need. I have since talked to Jayme on the phone several times and because of her we went from having 0 State Farm policies to 5. And couldn't be happier with the service. I actually enjoy calling the office the linebackers that answer the phones do there jobs well! And Jayme please don't ever change I love the sarcasm and the comments you make because at the end of the day you get what I ask for DONE! I on the other hand am never sarcastic :-) Jayme keep on keeping on and DO NOT CHANGE! Kylie don't let any of your staff go anywhere You Ma'am have a winning TEAM!
